Is iPayDNA secured?
Yes. iPayDNA uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you transfer or make payment using iPayDNA, the recipient will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

The username is your e-Wallet card number given to you after you have registered with iPayDNA.

Why I did not receive any emails from iPayDNA?
Please check if you have registered a correct email address with us. If you did, please make sure to also check your Spam Folder and adjust your spam settings in order to receive emails from orion.system@ipaydna.biz

Why was my registration rejected?
Your Registration will be rejected if the information provided is incorrect. It could be incorrect email address and personal information when you registered with us.

How do I activate my e-Wallet account?
To activate your account, simply confirm that you received the Welcome Mail that was sent to the email address registered during your signup. This validation ensures that the email address belongs to the person who signed up.

To activate your account, please click on the login to iPayDNA.Biz and enter the validation code manually. Once your Account is activated, you can use your iPayDNA e-Wallet Account to top-up and start transacting.

If I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forget your password, click on Forgot Password. We will reset your password and send via email to you. Once you have logged in using your given password, you will be required to change to your own new password.

How can I modify my personal information (contact information)?
You can change your personal information at any time by going to member profile page (which requires you to sign in in https://www.ipaydna.biz if you have not signed in yet). Click on My Profile button to view and edit your profile information. Fill in your new information and then click process button to update.

How long does it take for a transfer to show up in myaccount?
Once the merchant has processed the transfer, the funds are immediately posted to your account. An email will automatically be sent to you to confirm the transfer.

How do I transfer money?
You can transfer money by logging into iPayDNA. Select what you want to do with your account. You then fill out the form and you will be redirected to a confirmation page, to confirm your payment details.

How do I receive money?
You will receive an email from iPayDNA stating that someone has transferred money to you.  If you are not a member or someone have sent you funds on an unregistered email, a sign-up link will be included in the email and instructions on how to claim your money, and instantly deposited into your account once you register.

Registered members will also be notified via email, but will not have to do anything. The funds will be automatically posted on your account.

What happens when I exceed the Personal account limit ?
Any payment you receive that exceeds your monthly limit will be placed in an accept/deny status. You will then have the choice to upgrade your account to receive your payment or deny it.

Yes. iPayDNA members may have one Master account and create multiple sub-accounts under your Master account.

What documents are needed to set-up e-Merchant virtual terminal?
You need to provide a copy of your Company Registration, Director's Passport, current 6 months bank statement, a copy of utility bill (etc: electricity, rental bill).

Why do I get the error message of 'CARD NUMBER /BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER INCORRECT'?
Please check the entered details again, if you are sure that you have typed in the correct e-Wallet information, we kindly suggest that you contact iPayDNA Customer Service in order to find out if there is a general block on your debit.

What is a Charge Back?
Chargeback is the term used for debiting a merchant s bank account because a cardholder has successfully disputed a transaction.

The starting point for a chargeback is a cardholder identifying a transaction on their statement which they wish to dispute. Once a dispute is raised, it falls upon the merchant which initiated the transaction to prove that the transaction occurred and was correctly processed.
